Why Aliante?
I've been helping buyers and sellers across Northwest Las Vegas since 2014, and Aliante is one of my go-to recommendations for buyers who want a lot of community for their money. Aliante is a roughly 1,900-acre master-planned community in the northwest part of North Las Vegas, along the 215 Beltway. It opened in 2003, and it's built around parks, trails, a public golf course, and its own library.
My clients like that everything is close: a big lake park, golf, and a casino resort with dining, all without leaving the neighborhood.
Neighborhoods & Homes
Aliante has many neighborhoods from several builders, with homes ranging from townhomes and starter homes to larger single-story and two-story family homes. Sun City Aliante, a Del Webb community for active adults 55 and over, sits within the master plan around the golf course. Each neighborhood has its own HOA and lot sizes, so I'll help you compare your options side by side.

Parks & Things to Do
- Aliante Nature Discovery Park (2627 Nature Park Dr.) is a 20-acre city park with a man-made lake and waterfall, walking paths, a multi-story playground, a dinosaur-themed discovery area, a splash pad, soccer fields, tennis, volleyball and bocce courts, picnic sites, and an amphitheater.
- Aliante Golf Club is an 18-hole course that's open to the public, with plenty of elevation changes and water features.
- Aliante Casino + Hotel has restaurants, entertainment, and a casino right in the neighborhood.
- Aliante Library, run by the City of North Las Vegas, opened in 2006 and serves the community.
- Aviary Park has baseball fields and basketball courts.
Getting Around
Aliante sits along the 215 Beltway, with I-15 and US-95 both close by. Nellis Air Force Base is about 20 minutes away, downtown Las Vegas is about 20 minutes, the Strip is about 25 minutes, and Harry Reid International Airport is about 30 minutes. Centennial Hills and Providence are about 15 minutes west by the Beltway.
Schools
Aliante is in the Clark County School District. Public schools in the 89084 area include Theron H. & Naomi D. Goynes Elementary and Vincent L. Triggs Elementary, and Somerset Academy Aliante is a K-8 public charter school. Zones are assigned by exact address, so I always help buyers confirm the zoned schools for a specific home with CCSD and look up current ratings before writing an offer.
