Centennial Hills
Centennial Hills sits in the far northwest corner of Las Vegas, built around the US-95 and 215 Beltway interchange. It's home to the 120-acre Centennial Hills Park, the Centennial Hills Library, and Centennial Hills Hospital.
Skye Canyon
Skye Canyon is a 1,700-acre master-planned community off US-95 in the 89166 ZIP code. Its heart is the 15-acre Skye Canyon Park, with Skye Center, Skye Fitness, a Junior Olympic pool, and community events all year.
Providence
Providence is a master-planned community of about 1,200 acres, just north of the 215 Beltway at Hualapai Way. It has a small-town feel, with tree-lined boulevards, miles of paved trails, and three main parks: Knickerbocker Park, The Promenade, and Huckleberry Park.
Lone Mountain
Lone Mountain surrounds the desert peak of the same name in the 89129 ZIP code, and it's one of the best places in the northwest valley to find a larger lot or custom home. Lone Mountain Park has equestrian facilities and a popular 3.2-mile summit and loop trail.
Aliante
Aliante is a roughly 1,900-acre master-planned community in North Las Vegas that opened in 2003. It has the 20-acre Aliante Nature Discovery Park, a public 18-hole golf course, and Sun City Aliante for active adults.
Tule Springs
Tule Springs is home to Floyd Lamb Park and sits just south of Tule Springs Fossil Beds National Monument, with open desert and mountain views about 25 minutes from the Strip.
